Embedding audio in a blogg

So all I want to do is embed my audio diary into here!

What a simple task eh? Just need to do it a bit...and then I reckon I may

be able to do it easily. It all takes time....even when I was with my students in the library
today it was all time consuming...logging on a public computer can be a nightmare for
many of my guys!
